No, you do not need to be present for us to complete a work order. If you would like to be present, please make sure you notify us.
No, however we do offer emergency maintenance. If you have an emergency maintence request, you will call the property contact number and choose the emergency maintenance option.
We prefer that you log into the Rent Café Portal and enter your maintenance request. You can also contact the Leasing Office via telephone and we will write up a work order.
You may call the Leasing Office during business hours or Emergency Maintenance after business hours. We will need to verify your identity and that you are an authorized leaseholder or occupant. You will be charged a fee for this service.
Yes, it is first come first serve. You must have a parking pass or guest/visitor pass visable in your car at all time. There are areas that are marked for for guest/visitor parking.
Swimming pool, playground, on-site daycare, washer/dryer connections in all units and on-site cameras throughout the community.
The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours vary and are weather permitting.
We are a pet friendly community, however we do have weight and breed restrictions. There are additional fees for pets, please ask the leasing office for details.

No, however we do have a sister property, Pickwick Farms that offers furnished apartments in the Indianapolis area.
Our goal is to get all applications processed within 24-72 hours. At times, this processed can be delayed due to missing paperwork or verifications.
The preferred method of payment is through Rent Café which accepts both ACH or credit/debit card. We also accept check, credit/debit or money order in the leasing office.
Yes, we require proof of renter's insurance at move in. If you need a referral, Resident Shield offers renter's insurance to our residents at a competitive rate and guaranteed approval.
Xfinity is our preferred vendor for internet and cable, however you may use any other provider that offers these services in our area. Please note that if you opt to get a satellite dish, there are certain rules/restrictions as well as a one time fee.
We do offer a lease break option, however you must give a proper notice and pay the designated fees. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Upon your application approval, we will supply you with a welcome letters giving you your new address and the telephone number to any utility companies that you may need to get in contact with.
